Christopher R. Behrens

Christopher R. Behrens serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of SourceLink, LLC. With over 20 years of domestic and international business experience, Chris fosters a client-centric business model at SourceLink to achieve our mission to be the premier provider of results-driven communications solutions.

Prior to being named President and Chief Executive Officer, Chris served as President from September 2005 to July 2007, and earlier as Chief Operating Officer of SourceLink. In this role, Chris had management responsibility for all SourceLink’s business locations and led integration and leveraging of SourceLink’s marketing services – database services, marketing analytics, data management, direct mail, marketing consulting and services, and interactive marketing – with technology and production expertise to create and produce communications solutions with a single point of accountability for clients.

Prior to joining SourceLink, Chris served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eTrak (an information services/software solutions provider). Preceding eTrak, Chris was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GE Financial Assurance, where he led revenue growth from $350 million to over $900 million. Chris also spent 10 years at Official Airline Guides, where he managed the company’s international business for Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Japan, Asia and the Pacific.

Chris received his BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Gordon Anderson

Gordon Anderson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gordon brings over 30 years of financial, accounting and operations experience and expertise to work for both SourceLink and our clients.

Before joining SourceLink, Gordon served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Schnadig Corporation where he was responsible for all financial and administrative activities. Prior to Schnadig, Gordon held financial and accounting positions with Domino Amjet, Inc. (VP and CFO), Berlin Packaging (VP, Finance and Administration), and W.W. Grainger, including subsidiary Lab Safety Supply (VP, Finance and Administration). Gordon’s career also includes various accounting positions at Bell & Howell, and he served as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Gordon’s assignments with Lab Safety Supply and Berlin Packaging provided him with direct marketing experience that gave him an understanding of SourceLink’s core marketing services and our clients’ marketing needs.

Gordon earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and his BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Gordon is a CPA.

Bernadette Bisaillon

Bernadette Bisaillon serves as Senior Vice President of Sales. Primarily responsible for leading and managing the SourceLink sales organization, Bernadette brings 15 years of sales and client relation experience as a Marketing Services Provider to her mission for growing and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing SourceLink clients. Bernadette is charged with incorporating our clients’ needs and requirements into data-driven integrated marketing solutions that deliver profitable growth and improved ROI for our clients.

Leveraging her successful record of innovative accomplishments in both Marketing Services and Financial Services sales and marketing, Bernadette adds dimension to SourceLink’s marketing services and consulting teams by providing profitable direct marketing and transactional document outsourcing solutions.

Before joining SourceLink, Bernadette was Vice President of Business Development for PSA, a $100 million direct marketing company, where she led strategic sales planning and client relationships. Prior to PSA, Bernadette served as Vice President, Sales, Emerging Payment Channels/Commercial Cards, at JPMorgan Chase. Earlier in her career, Bernadette served as Vice President, Customer Communications Services, at Moore North America, and in leadership sales and marketing positions with American Express, U.S. Bank, Citibank and GE.

Bernadette earned her BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

Rich Pocock

Rich Pocock serves as Vice President of Marketing for SourceLink. His career in direct marketing spans more than 25 years, with experience ranging from customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell to B2B sales lead generation across a wide variety of businesses and industries including banking, high tech, telecommunications, retail, non-profit and insurance. Before joining SourceLink in January 2008, Rich was president of the Telecommunications & Financial Services division of DiMark Marketing (purchased by Harte-Hanks) prior to heading up the direct marketing division of Henderson Advertising in Greenville, SC.

Rich feels, “the greatest aspect of direct marketing is its ever-changing landscape. It’s a discipline that constantly seeks improvement over the status quo. It embraces new technologies, new channels and new approaches to consumer and business marketing that ultimately leads to break-through results.  For every direct marketer, it’s a profession that keeps us on our toes. That makes business and life more interesting and exciting.”    
Rich’s clients have included, SouthTrust Bank, BellSouth, Digital Equipment Corporation, World Wildlife Fund, Emory Woodruff Medical Center, ACE USA and Nationwide Insurance. 
Rich received his BA from Washington & Jefferson College, Washington, PA. He has served on the Financial Services Council of the DMA and has written numerous articles for DM News and other industry publications.

Jim Wisnionski
Jim Wisnionski

Jim Wisnionski serves as SourceLink’s Vice President of Information Services. Jim joined SourceLink in January 2007 with over 17 years of experience in information systems and technology. His role includes further integrating advanced technology across all SourceLink locations to support dynamic growth in database marketing, analytics and technical communications.

Jim leverages his work on several IT committees – including the United States Secret Service Information Security committee and the Microsoft Center of Excellence for Performance Metrics – to lead IT initiatives that better support SourceLink clients with their data security and confidentiality needs.

Before joining SourceLink, Jim was a Principle Consultant with Fujitsu, AT&T, where he built and directed global teams to provide integration testing and environment management for a multibillion dollar media project. Prior to that, Jim worked in the financial sector as a Chief Information Officer at Relational Funding Corp. At Relational, he not only oversaw the development of a fully meshed and scalable network credited with significantly reducing IT costs, he also provided innovation that enabled increased revenues while maintaining operating costs.

Jim received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership at Roosevelt University in Chicago, and studied Applied Computer Science at Northern Illinois University. His awards include the Microsoft Pinnacle award in Business Analytics and the Technology Award for innovation from Equipment Leasing Association.

Dan Jackson

Dan Jackson serves as President of SourceLink South Carolina. With his 20-plus years' experience in software, printing, direct mail production and digital imaging, Dan oversees all aspects of SourceLink’s direct marketing solutions, including a team that has created innovative analytics, such as SMART modeling®. Today, Dan continues to directly manage many SourceLink offerings, including statement processing, data modeling, data processing, on-demand variable printing and other personalized communications.

Prior to joining SourceLink, Dan was an owner of LaserPrint, Inc., where he served as President until 1998 when LaserPrint merged with Collins Mail Service and joined SourceLink. Before LaserPrint, Dan worked for 10 years in the software industry.

Dan earned a BS in Business and Marketing from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Don Landrum

Don Landrum serves as President of SourceLink Mississippi. Don’s 24 years of experience in direct marketing and his leadership and innovation with SourceLink’s banking products and services have helped make SourceLink one of the fastest-growing companies in the Direct Marketing industry. At SourceLink Madison, Don pioneered our industry-leading variable print-on-demand offering, SourceLink Direct®, and other direct marketing solutions. Don continues to work closely with SourceLink’s national clients in financial services and other industries.

Prior to joining SourceLink, Don was co-founder of Direct Mail and Computer Services, Inc. (DMCS). Recognized as a “best of class” direct marketing company, DMCS was acquired by SourceLink in 1997 and Don became President of SourceLink Madison. Prior to founding DMCS, he served at AT&T as an Account Executive and focused on database marketing.

Don graduated from Mississippi State University with a BA in Business and Industry. He also earned his MBA from Mississippi State.

Scott L. Hilchey

Scott L. Hilchey is Vice President of Interactive Services. With over 18 years of professional services experience, Scott brings a depth of knowledge and skill to our business as an advocate for best practices in CRM, loyalty initiatives and optimized marketing communications programs and systems. Leveraging his vertical market expertise in Automotive, Hospitality and Technology, Scott serves key SourceLink client relationships with innovative business strategy, technology solutions and creative communications programs.

Prior to SourceLink, Scott held executive posts with a variety of prominent professional services firms. Serving as a Vice President at Agency.com, he worked to integrate services of its 500-person pan-European business. Earlier, as Chief Consultant at Razorfish, Scott advised corporate clients on new technology integration. At Epsilon Data Management, Scott led Business Development for American Express’ retail database marketing system.

With a passion for enabling marketing best practices through the confluence of technology, business strategy and creative communications, Scott has assisted numerous clients launch into new markets, expand product lines, institute CRM and attain loyalty objectives.

Scott is an honors graduate of Boston University.

Karen Ravas

Karen Ravas serves as General Manager for our Ohio operations. Karen brings over 20 years of direct marketing, transactional document processing and production operations experience to work for our clients.

Karen previously served as Vice President, Production Operations, at our Ohio operations where she played key roles in developing and implementing best-in-class production operations solutions to ensure quality and better serve our clients. With her expertise in workflow and business processes, technology and labor management, Karen brings strong leadership to our continual improvement strategies for meeting our clients’ communications needs.

Prior to joining SourceLink, Karen served in various management positions in direct marketing and transactional document outsourcing operations: President of Marketing Services for Harte-Hanks, Regional Director of Processing for Discover Financial Services, Manager of Mailing Services for Moore Business Communications, Mailing and Distribution Supervisor for Check Free.

Karen served four years in the U.S. Army and earned her associate's degree in Business and Marketing from American Intercontinental University.
