I recently attended a conference where the focus was on the customer experience in the Utility industry. As I listened to some of the key speakers talk about the great strides they’ve made by introducing new products and services, I had to smile. They were talking about utilizing social media and re-designing bills to provide a greater level of detail to engage customers, and also introducing smart and effective e-bill solutions.

These are the same messages that SourceLink has been focusing on.  We get it.

The industry is evolving and companies need more than just a competent printer and mailer.  

After all, it’s not just a bill; it’s an important piece of communication to your customers. It should speak to them in a way that makes sense for their current needs and interests. When I get a bill, I look at it in detail. I want it to inform me of my services.

As a consumer, I want options. With the newest addition to our Billing+ transaction suite, BLINK, we do just that. We allow customers choices. We provide them with a comfortable evolution from paperless billing.
