SourceLink, a top 15 U.S. direct marketing services agency, has transformed its organizational structure to better align its multichannel marketing capabilities with its industry leading team of marketing strategists. This new structure allows for streamlined client consultation on fully integrated, data-driven direct marketing solutions across multiple disciplines. In addition, organizational changes have been made to more closely align SourceLink's digital expertise with the needs of its clients.
The new solutions group will focus on several SourceLink core product offerings including data driven solutions, information services and overall marketing and brand development. The goal, as always, is to provide customers with an optimized marketing mix of emerging technologies, digital strategies and traditional marketing approaches to fulfill their company's goals and objectives.

New to the organization, Matt Graham, vice president and Chief Strategy Officer, will lead the organization in the integration and application of data driven, multichannel solutions, with an emphasis on emerging technologies. Matt brings to the company more than 15 years of marketing and technology experience in online, offline and integrated solutions. Supporting this new team, Rich Brown has been promoted to vice president and Chief Technology Officer. Rich currently leads SourceLink's database services group, and brings more than 15 years of experience in data, technology and social marketing to complement the team with thought leadership and technology strategy.
Rich Pocock will lead SourceLink's new agency and digital communications team. He brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing services, including expertise in customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell and business to business sales lead generation.
Also, Jim Wisnionski, SourceLink's vice president and chief information officer, will lead the information services division. With a strong background in data security and confidentiality requirements, Jim provides more than 17 years of IT expertise to SourceLink's customers.
Pat O'Brien will lead the marketing and brand development group at SourceLink as vice president of business development and chief marketing officer. Pat brings nearly 20 years of sales, sales management, marketing, and multichannel client solutions to the SourceLink team.
