(Chicago, IL) January 22, 2012 – SourceLink, a top 5 largest privately-held CRM/Direct Marketing Agency and a top 3 GPO supplier, announces the appointment of Diane Trout-Cummins as a Strategic Relationship Manager. In her new position, Ms. Trout-Cummins will work with existing financial institution clients, onboard new clients, enhance relationships and improve overall campaign performance.
With over 20 years of bank marketing experience, Trout-Cummins most recently was Assistant Vice President for marketing and online strategies for Indiana Bank and Trust Company in Columbus, Indiana. A long-time member of the American Bankers Bank Marketing Association, Ms. Trout-Cummins is a former president of the Indiana Chapter Bank Marketing Association and former chairperson of the Bank Marketing Association Chapter Leadership Board. Additionally, she was a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Marketing Committee.
In addition to her professional involvement, Trout-Cummins is a former director, campaign chairperson and citizens review chair for the Bartholomew County United Way. She served the Franklin Zeta Chapter of Tri Kappa as president and chair and currently serves Tri Kappa as the state parliamentarian. Ms. Trout-Cummins earned her Bachelors of Science in Management from Purdue University and her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University. She earned her Certified Financial Marketing Professional designation from the American Bankers Association.
