Chicago, IL November 25, 2014 - SourceLink, an industry-leading multichannel marketing services firm and statement solutions provider, announces today their enhanced eStatement and document presentment solution – providing a new customized solution for banks, utilities and credit unions to have a secure, modern interface for their customers’ account access.
SourceLink has been providing eStatement and document retrieval solutions for over ten years, and recently enlisted a graphic design and coding team to give a new look and feel to their eStatement interface for clients who require a customer facing online solution. The new eStatement platform has been completely redesigned from the ground up, specifically geared to serving the needs of small to mid-sized financial institutions. Security features include high levels of encryption as well as other industry security standards. The site is hosted in a Tier 3 data center with a redundant physical location.
Enhancements include customizable skins, campaign and reporting options, branding and customization per institution, and the platform is designed to be easily self-managed. The tool allows institutions to embed customized URLs into PDFs, turning a document storage and retrieval system into a polished marketing and advertising tool. The newly developed interface provides easy, direct access to every account statement, and supports single sign-on use.
“We are pleased to offer this new interface to our financial services clients on the most secure platform imaginable,” said Keith Chadwell, Chief Operating Officer for SourceLink’s Carolina location. “I’m thrilled with how clean and modern the interface is and feel that the ease of use is a big draw to system administrators of all technical skill sets.”
SourceLink currently manages over 50 million electronic statements yearly, with a growing number of clients asking to add this service to their critical communications needs. The solution provides redundancy through dual sites, an administrator customer service interface and a searchable platform to pull up any past statement or data element in an instant.
