(Chicago, IL) February 26, 2015 – SourceLink, an industry-leading multichannel marketing services firm and statement solutions provider, announces realignments of their healthcare marketing taskforce, upcoming speaking engagements and 2014 Annual Enrollment Program (AEP) results from their healthcare clients. SourceLink’s heightened focus on the healthcare vertical mirrors the industry need, expressed by SourceLink’s clients, for acquisition and retention marketing strategies.

Over the past several years, SourceLink has been working with healthcare companies to plan and execute data-driven Annual Enrollment marketing plans. In addition, they have strategized and executed member retention strategies, and crafted messaging focused on the Affordable Care Act. SourceLink’s team expansion is a direct result of an increase in business for this sector, which has grown substantially following the encouraging results from AEP campaigns in late 2014. Clients saw leads and conversion rates doubling the past year’s results, increases over 450% for new member enrollment, and over 350% lowered acquisition costs. These results came as an amalgam of direct marketing techniques and digital touches to support approaches rooted in customer intelligence, list generation and data hygiene.

As the need for additional team members surfaced, SourceLink expanded its healthcare leadership team to include Chris Hamlin, Vice President of Enterprise Marketing Solutions, who will manage the West Coast region, and Steve Streibel, Director of Business Development, who will manage the Northeast region alongside Rick Berman, Senior Director of Business Development. Additionally, the Vice President of Agency Services, Rich Pocock, has added his thought leadership to the already robust team. SourceLink has also expanded internal resources in customer intelligence and account management to keep up with the rising prospect demand.

SourceLink also has several upcoming speaking engagements for the Medicare marketplace.  Rick Berman, senior team lead for the healthcare marketing group, presented at the Medicare Marketing and Enrollment Strategies Conference February 24-26 with a session entitled: "Segment and Personalize Messaging to Specific Medicare Populations." Rich Pocock will be speaking at the 8th Annual Medicare Marketing & Sales Summit, March 22-24, on the topic "Data Analytics & Segmentation for Medicare Marketing." SourceLink plans to continue a headfirst approach to thought leadership and offering strategic customer engagements based around market research.

“We are thrilled to expand our healthcare marketing team, with additional strategists and subject matter experts,” shared Brent Tartar, SourceLink’s Vice President of Sales.  “Our team is talented and knows this market and can quickly execute a campaign that will bring in new customers and keep their existing ones. The tremendous success we’ve seen in this vertical allows us to help companies who are struggling with their marketing efforts and increase their return on investment.”
