(Chicago, IL) October 30, 2015 – SourceLink, an industry-leading multichannel marketing services firm and statement solutions provider, announces the promotions and corporate realignment of key executives across its four facilities. This alignment allows seamless operations across all facilities with the goal to best serve the company’s customer base.

SourceLink appoints Keith Chadwell as Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Chadwell joined SourceLink in 1999, and has served as SourceLink’s Chief Operating Officer for the South Carolina facility. Chadwell is certified in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and has been instrumental in cost-saving and efficiency measures that have benefited SourceLink company-wide. 

SourceLink announces the promotion of Robert Nesbit to Executive Vice President of Operational Excellence. Nesbit formerly served as President of SourceLink’s Ohio facility, and has been instrumental in SourceLink’s commitment to operational efficiency.  In his new role, Nesbit will lead SourceLink’s document and statement sales team, continuous improvement initiatives, Government Print Office contract execution, creative services, and estimating/purchasing activities.

Finally, SourceLink has promoted Jeff White to the Director of Customer Experience. White has served as the Agency Services Manager, and formerly as a Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM). White will now provide leadership to the team of Direct Marketing SRMs, responsible for identifying and implementing strategic solutions to further enhance SourceLink’s digital and direct marketing results for its clients. White will report to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Brent Tartar.
