SourceLink, an industry-leading multichannel marketing firm and statement solutions provider, announces the hiring of Alexandro Romeo as Director of Digital Advertising Operations. Romeo brings a proven track record of establishing operational best practices and efficiencies.
Romeo joins the SourceLink team to enhance the Firm’s foundation of enhanced digital production excellence. His knowledge of shaping operational structure will augment SourceLink’s palette of digital products and extend the spectrum of offerings even further. Additionally, Romeo has extensive experience in solution architecture, user experience design, email and database marketing. He joins SourceLink’s Digital Solutions team, and will work directly with SourceLink’s Vice President of Digital Solutions, Stephane Gringer.
Romeo has a demonstrated history in architecting and implementing effective operational frameworks, facilitating the enhancement of strategy and executional development initiatives. Prior to joining SourceLink, he served as the Production Manager for Harte Hanks and has over 11 years experience in establishing a client-first approach to execution, while offering a deep understanding of how to optimize a continuously improving, highly accountable operational structure.

Romeo carries a diverse background in email and digital marketing management for large entertainment and retail companies – including Publishers Clearing House, House Party, Inc. and World Wrestling Entertainment. He is a member of the Only Influencers group, volunteers at his local church, and practices MMA in his spare time.
