With over 30 years of sales experience, Hartt brings a consultative solution selling approach in customer communications management and transactional document outsourcing. She has vast experience across various industries that SourceLink serves including; financial services, consumer services, insurance, healthcare, utility, cable, and telecommunications.

Prior to SourceLink, Hartt was Executive Director of Sales for DataProse, and held senior sales roles with CSG International, MetroGroup and WorkflowOne. Hartt is a graduate of Ferris State University and holds a degree in Marketing & Sales.

As a Director of Business Development with our CCM Division, Hartt will collaborate with clients to solve and improve their customer communication challenges while providing the optimal blend of technology, strategy, and services to help the client increase revenue, reduce costs and expedite cash flow, while improving the overall customer experience.
