Retail Energy Acquisition Campaign Redesign    

Problem:  We were asked to help develop a fresh, new look for a retail energy client in an attempt to grow existing business.

Solution:  We developed and helped pitch a series of new creative elements to help them acquire new customers. From adding a faux check to existing letters, to developing a new non-profit campaign, a series of creative elements were developed. Additionally, an educational brochure was developed in order to position them as the honest, go-to provider. 


Luxury Real-Estate Multi-Channel Campaign

Problem:  We were tasked with developing a full multi-channel campaign to entice recipients to register for a discovery visit.

Solution:  We developed a highly graphic mail piece, emails and Facebook ads to help drive traffic to a central landing page to capture contact information.



Consumer Finance Invitation to Apply (ITA) Campaign Redesign

Problem:  We were asked to help develop new creative in hopes of showcasing our abilities and growing existing business with LendingPoint.

Solution:  We developed a postcard campaign with two creative executions. With the hopes of having the imagery 'hit home' with the recipient, the theme of the campaign was 'life happens' and LendingPoint is there to help you every step of the way.


Consumer Finance Invitation to Apply (ITA) Letter Redesign    

Problem:  We were tasked with creating a fresh, new letter option for their loan-by-mail campaign that would perform better than the existing letter they had been using.

Solution:  We developed one letter option that was highly graphic and engaging and seasonally themed. The outer envelope was a full-color, full-bleed print and convert in order to grab the attention of the recipient.


Financial Services Campaign    

Problem:  Client needed a cross-platform campaign developed to promote their new service.

Solution:  We developed a campaign that was used across both print and digital media. With engaging creative, a customized offer and clear, concise CTA's the campaign was very well-received.


Retail Energy Ongoing Email Campaign    

Problem:  We were tasked with taking FirstEnergy into the digital realm via targeted emails.

Solution:  We developed an email template that could be easily changed for quick execution. The templates were developed with seasonality in mind with the ability to easily swap banner images and content. Emails were developed to run on a bi-weekly basis.


Statement Redesign

Problem:  A statement redesign was going to be pitched to the client and we were asked to help produce visual representations of what could be done to take their statements to the next level.

Solution:  The statement was redesigned to allow for a billboard panel and existing elements were revised to promote ease-of-viewing for customers. 


Acquisition Self-Mailer    

Problem:  We were approached to develop a self-mailer promoting Midland States Bank's Liv Free Checking with the intent of converting new customers. 

Solution:  We developed an incentive-based campaign with bright, attention-getting photography.


Invitation to Apply (ITA) Letter Redesign    

Problem:  We were tasked with creating fresh, new self-mailer options for their loan-by-mail campaign that would perform better than the existing letter they had been using.

Solution:  We developed a self-mailer option that was highly graphic and engaging with easy to find CTAs and highlighted features & benefits.


Dynamic Statement Redesign    

Problem:  A custom onsert solution was developed - with the intention of pitching it to the client. The functionality enables clients to place targeted partner advertisements (onserts) within their statement template. With the newly developed functionality, the team then wanted to redesign the entire statement to allow for onsert template placement.

Solution:  The statement was redesigned to allow for a billboard panel that could house onserts. The existing statement elements were also revisited and revised to place focus on desired information and promote ease-of-viewing for Sheffield customers. Additionally, we designed a variety of Sheffield Financial focused onserts to live test the functionality.

Problem:  We were tasked with creating fresh, new letter options for their loan-by-mail campaign that would perform better than the existing letter they had been using.

Solution:  We developed a letter option that was highly graphic and engaging with easy to find CTAs and highlighted features & benefits.


Statement Redesign

Problem:  Our team needed a mockup of a statement that had an updated look and feel in order to make a pitch to the client demonstrating our capabilities.

Solution:  A statement design was offered that aligned with the client's current branding while offering their customers detailed looks into their statement and spending habits.

Solution:  We developed a campaign that was used across both print and digital media. With engaging creative, a customized offer and clear, concise calls to action, the campaign was very well-received.

Problem:  We were tasked with creating fresh, new letter options for their loan-by-mail campaign that would perform better than the existing letter they had been using.

Solution:  We developed one letter option that was highly graphic and engaging and another that was similar to their original letter, but with easier to find CTAs and highlighted features & benefits.
