American Financial Services Association (AFSA) awarded Greg Hamby, Director of Business Development at SourceLink, during 2019 AFSA Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee.

SourceLink’s Greg Hamby, Senior Director of Business Development, was awarded the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) Distinguished Service Award on Tuesday, October 22. The Award was presented during the 2019 AFSA Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee.  AFSA created the Distinguished Service Award in 1941 to recognize individuals who have made a difference by contributing to the growth and advancement of the financial services industry and our association.

Founded in 1916, AFSA serves as the main association for the consumer credit industry, protecting access to credit and consumer choice. AFSA members shape the industry’s direction and positions on a broad range of public policy issues that affect the consumer credit industry.

Mr. Hamby has been very active within the organization for over 20 years, recently serving on the AFSA Business Partner Board for 10 years. He has also been on the Board of Directors for the past 2 years and is currently serving as Chairman. Hamby has been part of the SourceLink team for 25 years and part of the advertising, and publishing world for much longer.
